Q-course Preparation
With this document, we would like to provide you with a guideline in preparation for the Q-course.
To arrive in top shape at the start of your challenge, it is important to integrate the following pillars
into your preparation: mindset, nutrition, exercise and recovery.
A 15 weeks program is available on request.
A half-day physical training is organized at the Unit only for military on:
